GREEN CHUTNEY - గ్రీన్ చట్నీ
 
Coriander / Kottimeera


Mint / Pudina
 
This simple Green chutney is ideal for snacks like pakoras, samosas and also for idli and dosa.

Ingredients:
  1. Coriander leaves - 2 cups
  2. Mint (Pudina) leaves - 1 cup
  3. Green chillies - 5 - 6
  4. Salt
  5. Tamarind - Little bit (4 - 5 flakes) or 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Method:
  1. Grind coriander, mint leaves and green chillies along with salt and tamarind/lemon juice into fine paste.
  2. Serve this with snacks.
BEAUTY TIP: Applying coriander leaves paste/juice keeps them soft and rosy.
